From March 17th to 19th, the highly anticipated TCT Asia 2026 exhibition successfully concluded at the National Exhibition and Convention Center in Shanghai. The Repoly team made a stunning appearance with our desktop post-processing vapor polishing device, Smooth-SE, engaging in discussions with global industry elites about the future of additive manufacturing.

We highlighted the world-premiered desktop post-processing vapor polishing device, Smooth-SE, and the professional-grade Smooth-20X, which has been recognized as a "2025 China Additive Manufacturing Quality Product" by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. Through live demonstrations, we visually presented the outstanding advantages of our products in terms of precision, efficiency, and cost control, allowing every visitor to witness our company's strong capabilities in technological R&D and product implementation.

To allow visitors to intuitively experience the effects of vapor polishing post-processing, we set up a comparison display area at the booth:

• Before Treatment: Parts have a rough surface, Ra: 5-20um; with visible layer lines and support marks.

• After Treatment: Surface becomes smooth, close to injection-molded parts, Ra: 0.01-2um, with a delicate feel and complete detail retention.

Our technical team also engaged in in-depth discussions with domestic and international experts and clients from the upstream and downstream sectors on professional topics such as process methods, customer requirements, application scenarios, and production efficiency, reaching sales and agency cooperation intentions on-site.

Although the three-day exhibition was brief, every question received and every interaction we had reinforced our conviction: Post-processing is a crucial threshold that 3D printing must overcome to achieve industrialization.
