Our smooth tech also fit FDM material like PLA、PETG、ABS、ASA.etc with specialized solvent.  After smoothing

  1. Surface rougness can improve from Ra10um (as printed) to Ra1.0um or lower (smoothed).  

  2. Tensile strength in the Z direction can be increased by more than 25% due to layer fusion

  3. For dual-color printing, smoothing could improve up to 100%  interlayer bonding strength between different material,  without any cross color
